North Cascades Bank VP graduates executive development program

CHELAN — Jennifer Puckett, vice president and loan operations manager at North Cascades Bank, recently graduated from the Washington Bankers Association’s Executive Development Program, according to a statement from NCB. This year-long course is designed to cultivate the next generation of banking leaders with a focus on the important economic, regulatory and competitive pressures facing the banking industry, the statement said.
Puckett has been with North Cascades Bank for 13 years, starting as a teller and working her way to lead the bank’s loan operations department, the statement said.
“We are very proud of Jennifer and her accomplishment,” Josh Stendera, chief credit officer of North Cascades Bank, wrote in the statement. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see our employees put so much time and energy into their career as a community banker.”
