40 Under 40: Andrea Lynch

Andrea Lynch of Moses Lake was recommended for 40 under 40 by client Michael Cohen who has used her consulting services on multiple projects.

“She has been instrumental in assisting me with getting projects done on time and on budget,” Cohen said in his nomination.

The amount of work in some of those projects has been extensive, with Lynch working to address tens of thousands of rows of data, parsing through thousands of human resources records for anomalies and a dedication to day-to-day performance, Cohen said. 

He also applauded Lynch’s ability to navigate complex data systems in a manner that helps him and his company focus on the other portions of a project and move forward toward completion. 

“Having someone like her that is solely dedicated to these processes and not dealing with the daily operational and support needs ensures that her required attention is continuous throughout the entirety of the project. Additionally, she works in coordination with the appropriate parties to ensure we are meeting the deliverables for a successful project,” Cohen said in his nomination.
