Washington State University researchers Grajanan Kothawade (left) and Abhilash Chamdel (right) show off drones used to take pictures of fields and orchards. Chamdel is holding a custom-built drone that not only takes pictures in visible light, but also in infrared, and can be merged with other data gathered from other field and orchard sensors.
