RITZVILLE — The 2024 Ritzville Rodeo paid out close to $19,000 to cowboys and cowgirls competing in various events, according to Aces Wild Pro Rodeo’s press release. These are the official results of the 54th annual Ritzville Rodeo. For bareback riders, which is where riders sit on a horse without a saddle and must stay on for eight seconds, the higher the horse bucks, the higher the cowboy’s score. There was one winner, Payton Robinson who took home $850. For saddle bronc Bodee Gudmunson was the lone winner, taking home $750. For bull riding, which had no successful riders on Friday, JC Merriott took home the prize of $1,250.
